Whether you are completely new to Dubai or moving into a new community, here is a guide and insight into what our top communities we as Urban Nest deal with.

Victory Heights:

With over 1000 Spanish styled villas, Victory Heights is a desirable and sought after gated community within Dubai. Set in and around the Els Golf club, it makes for a golfers paradise as well as a great family community. Several play areas, basketball courts around the community as well as pedestrian pathways around the community, perfect for keeping fit or walking the beloved family dog. The Els Golf Club, benefits from its own clubhouse and restaurants that can be reached by walking from your villa, creating a balance between work life and being able to enjoy and benefit from your home life.

Education:

Within Victory Heights, it houses The Wonder Years Nursery and for primary education Victory Heights Primary School. Secondary school, is at a large with several British, IB and American curriculum followed schools within a 25 minute commute of Victory Heights.

Arabian Ranches:

Arabian Ranches, is one of the most established communities across the UAE, with over 4,000 villas with a central location benefiting from the 311 and 611 major roads within the UAE running parallel to the community. Due to its establishment it has a strong community feel. All sectors within the community benefit from open green space, shared swimming pools, tennis courts and create a mini community within the large community. As well as a community centre, which houses a supermarket (carrefour) and Mediclinic.  Those that live within Arabian Ranches also have easy access to the golf course which has a couple of restaurants with Al Fresco dining for the cooler months. As well as, the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Centre (DPEC), for keen riders or those wanting to relax on the hotel terrace that is within the DPEC and watch the polo.

Education:

Within the Saheel sector of Arabian Ranches, there is a British Pre School Early Years Foundation Stage nursery. It also benefits from JESS Arabian Ranches one of the top schools in Dubai, taking children aged 3 to 18 under a British education system. A key note is that the sixth form (Year 12-13) changes to an IB system. However, as seen in Victory Heights other schools and different education systems are within a 25 minute commute, with many schools offering a school bus.

The Villa:

The Villa boasts over 1000 villas, with 13 architectural styles on offer. Each sector offers green spaces as well as basketball courts and play areas. Within the Centro sector, the Villa residents benefit from a community centre, with a pharmacy and a supermarket (spinneys).
