Marketing Executive

Are you a results-driven marketer with a proven track record in lead generation through comprehensive understanding of advertisement campaign progress and sponsored ads? We’re seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our team, specializing in lead generation, developing and monitoring marketing, and advertising campaigns including email, social media, and WhatsApp and many more. If you excel at analyzing and enhancing campaign effectiveness, we want you on board!

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Strategy:
– Develop and execute robust lead generation strategies across various platforms, including email, social media, and WhatsApp.
– Identify target audiences, conduct market research, and optimize campaigns to attract and convert qualified leads.
– Collaborate closely with the company Director and team to align lead generation initiatives with overall business objectives.

Campaign Creation and Monitoring:
– Create, implement and oversee end-to-end monitoring of advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, WhatsApp, etc.
– Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on the progress of ongoing campaigns.
– Utilize analytics tools to measure the impact of campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.

Sponsored Ads Management:
– Develop and execute strategies for sponsored ads on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp Business, and other relevant channels.
– Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad content, targeting, and placement for maximum impact.
– Monitor ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
– Analyze data from various campaigns to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
– Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights into key metrics, trends, and opportunities.
– Collaborate with the team to refine strategies based on data-driven findings.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Marketing Executive with a focus on lead generation, campaign monitoring and optimization.
– In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp Business, etc.
– Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
– Excellent project management and organizational skills.
– Proficient in using analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance.
– Preferred Real Estate background
