We used The Urban Nest in June this year to purchase a townhouse in Tilal Al Ghaf in what was/still is a fast moving market.

Shereen, who was recommended to us, was outstanding and went above and beyond. She was extremely knowledgeable and at any point in the process where there was a holdup or query knew exactly what to do and handled things swiftly.

Shereen gave us sound honest advice throughout the purchase including securing the purchase on a beautiful plot, liaising multiple times a day with the developer to push things through, providing assistance with the contracts and help when we had difficulties dealing with certain banks.
