In her role as Operations Manager, Edna has dedicated herself to the success of The Urban Nest through her willingness to facilitate any issues that arise and by activating her super-hero ability to engage with the team at every level. Hardworking and loyal, Edna believes it’s crucial to go that extra mile to ensure the successful running of the business by remaining one step ahead. 

Edna has built many lasting friendships by striving to foster long-term relationships with every client and colleague she interacts with. She demonstrates a genuine interest in her work and career accomplishments, and as a naturally warm and caring person, she listens carefully to understand the needs of others and then ensures she goes that extra mile to surpass their expectations.

‘Love what you do and do what you love’ are words that Edna lives by. When she’s not streamlining or optimising at the office, Edna dreams of travelling to South America sometime soon and can usually be found outdoors poring over a bestseller. She counts The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho as one of her favourite reads.
