The Lakes

Setting the tone of Emirates Living are the serene lake views and greenery of The Lakes. Situated between two golf courses – The Emirates and The Montgomerie – the development fosters a family-friendly atmosphere and the ultimate green living within the city. A string of connected walkways links the six established communities of The Lakes together, and the Lakes Community Club hosts events catering to all family members. Numerous parks, swimming pools, playgrounds, bar-b-q zones, nurseries, and schools round out the facilities and services available. Sustainability is front and centre, with an array of recycling centres, neighbourhood clean-up initiatives, and other eco-activities, some even pet-friendly, held regularly throughout the neighbourhood.

With 600 residences, The Lakes offers 3-bedroom townhomes up to 7-bedroom villas, incorporating twelve different architectural styles.

The Meadows

With its tranquil and sheltered atmosphere, the Meadows offers easy access to Dubai’s business hubs, shopping, and entertainment destinations. Pair this with beautiful surroundings amidst parks and lakes, cafés, eateries, retail shops, and scores of parklands; residents can say they have it all!

Grounds and facilities are appropriately, efficiently, and regularly maintained, ensuring all development clusters are tended and well cared for. There are a variety of schools and nurseries within The Meadows and close by, along with paved paths, communal parks and playgrounds, and lakes, delivering a superior outdoor living experience and what’s needed to ensure a healthy lifestyle for the entire family. Each of the nine separate developments has separate security gates, and each is monitored 24/7.

With over 1,800 residences, The Meadows offers 3- to 7-bedroom villas in various styles and sizes.

The Springs

Located in the southern section of the Emirates Living community, walking paths in The Springs shadow the shorelines of shimmering lakes and scenic parks, and coax families out of their gated communities to jog, cycle, swim, and play with neighbours and friends amongst nature. Although perfect for small families, fitness-oriented couples can take advantage of the outdoor fitness facilities and equipment, basketball courts, and swimming pools for adults and children. To attract residents keen to soak up the sun, fresh air, and good conversation, communal bar-b-q zones are available. If you need proof that no detail has been overlooked at The Springs, there are dedicated dog parks, so even your furry friends have a safe space to exercise and socialise.

The Springs is conveniently located close to the other villa communities of The Lakes, The Meadows, and Emirates Hills, each offering their own additional and distinctive community facilities and services for residents. With its three themed and gated communities, excellent location between Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road (E311), and next to not one but two golf courses, there is something for everyone to enjoy at The Springs community.

Its 4,856 residences make The Springs the largest community in Emirates Living. With choices of 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom townhomes, each offers varied floor plans, designs, and layouts that suit most discerning couples and small families.

The Sustainable City

Have you ever wondered how green it is where you live? Not just due to green spaces and landscaping, but rather to do with climate change and what the community is doing to combat this threat. Although there is no one-size-fits-all solution for how a community should or can go green, Dubai’s Sustainable City has taken definitive steps and strategies to become, no surprise here, sustainable. Even the residents are well-known throughout Dubai for their environmentally friendly personas.

Established in 2015, The Sustainable City is the first zero-energy development in the United Arab Emirates. Built to converse energy, surprisingly, the community has not compromised on the extravagance of the residences or their lifestyle amenities. Solar panels, car-free zones, and urban farming abound amidst the lush greenery and family-friendly atmosphere, all within easy reach of Dubai’s urban facilities and attractions.

With villas, townhomes, and apartments, the community features nature-inspired architecture and, as of mid-2022, has saved over 12,000 tons of greenhouse gas emissions. Residents are highly encouraged to use public transport and drive electrically charged cars to reduce pollution. With a four-kilometre hacking track belonging to its Equestrian Club, horse and buggy use are also encouraged! About 250 electric vehicle charging stations have been installed throughout The Sustainable City for resident cars and the electric buses (which residents can ride for free) which run in the community.

Situated on over 110 acres, The Sustainable City is divided into five residential clusters, each adjoined to an urban farm. The urban farms form the Central Green Spine, which incorporates 11 bio-dome greenhouses for a total capacity of urban farming of over 3,000 square metres. Each residential cluster has its own park, and with no cars allowed to drive around once you’re inside, there’s plenty of space for your children to play or ride their bikes outside safely.

Facilities inside include basketball and tennis courts, a football pitch, cycling and running tracks, and The Plaza, home to supermarkets, eateries, cafés, and other services.

The Villa

The Villa community is consistently rated as one of the best residential neighbourhoods in Dubai. Comprised of an assortment of beautifully and thoughtfully designed Spanish-styled villas on cobblestoned streets, The Villa is close to Dubai Silicon Oasis and one of the world’s most significant tourism, leisure, entertainment, and retail projects, Global Village. Easy access to Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road (E311) and the Al Ain Road (E66) allows residents to live away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Dubai but still within an easy commute to all essential hubs and trending attractions.

Located in Dubailand, The Villa appeals because its tranquil atmosphere, mature trees, and shady green spots offer an oasis-like living experience. Evoking the feelings of Mediterranean living, villas extend across four separate clusters of villa developments, each offering courtyards or gardens bathed in sunlight, most with private swimming pools. A Community Centre, supermarkets, spas, salons, pharmacies, cafés, and dining options located within the community provides residents with most services and amenities they need on their doorstep. For the fitness conscious, there are tennis courts and jogging, and cycling trails carve out a path amongst the lushly landscaped public grounds. Nursery schools within the community and its proximity to the prestigious GEMS FirstPoint School make The Villa the obvious choice for families with children.

Some of Dubai’s best-known entertainment and retail destinations are located nearby the community, including Al Habtoor Polo Club and Resort, IMG World of Adventure, Miracle Garden, Dragon Mart, and Dubai Outlet Mall.

The Villa offers sundrenched villas with 4-, 5- and 6- bedroom options, or residents can choose to build their dream home by purchasing from a limited number of building plots that are available in the community.

Victory Heights

Spanning 250 hectares of rolling hills dotted with Mediterranean, Spanish, and European-styled villas, the close-knit community of Victory Heights, offers you an extraordinary way of life. It’s the luxury living you’ve been seeking with exceptional villas and townhomes nestled within a quiet, natural landscape. Those living in Victory Heights recognise it as an unparalleled style of living. Explore the amenities, lifestyle, security, gorgeous residences, golf course, and the natural beauty of Victory Heights, where residents feel they have room to breathe. It’s the ideal place for you and your family to call home.

Swim laps or simply cool off under the beautiful Dubai skies. Whether you choose to spend some time working on your tan, absorbed in the latest bestseller, or splashing about with the kids, shared swimming pools await. Get a solid workout before starting your day with cardio fitness machines or free weights or enjoy a quick pick-up basketball game on one of many courts throughout the neighbourhood. Fitness Centers feature training equipment and popular classes to keep you fit.

Stretching over 7,500 yards from its longest tee, the Els Club golf course is a treasure within the community. Designed by US Open winner Ernie Els, the course delivers the perfect dynamic layout with the right amount of challenge with its sweeping dunes, water features, and lingering, open fairways. The meticulously tended playing surfaces and invigorating course layout provide an extraordinary setting to sharpen your game or meet for a round of golf with family or good friends.

At The 19th Hole, you’ll find bar and restaurant 261, named after Els’ PGA Tour record-breaking 72-hole aggregate in the 2003 Mercedes Championship. Here you can savour seasonal, locally inspired dishes while reliving the highlights of your 18 holes.

There is a mix of 4-bedroom townhomes and 5- and 6- bedroom villas in each of the seven clusters of villa developments. Walkways, jogging trails, parks, play areas, and various design and landscaping options round out this golf lover’s haven.
