Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Client Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and providing personalized attention to their property needs. The day-to-day tasks will include managing properties, creating marketing materials, conducting client meetings, and negotiating deals. The Client Manager will also need to be proficient in using industry-specific software to monitor and manage the database of listings and assist in closing deals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using industry-specific software
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in a customer service or sales role is an advantage
• Palm Jumeriah/Al Barari/Emirates living/ Emaar Beachfront Specialist
